STUBAI VALLEY IN WINTER
The Stubai Glacier, Austria’s largest glacier skiing area, guarantees snow from October to June. From the “Top of Tyrol” viewing platform, you have a breath-taking view of 40 glaciers and 109 three-thousand-metre peaks.
Within 20 minutes only, the free ski bus takes you directly to the Valley Station of the Stubai Glacier cable cars or to one of the surrounding skiing areas, like the SCHLICK 2000 Skiing Centre, the ELFER or the SERLESBAHNEN.
Our local mountain offers the Sonnenberg lift, as well as a magic carpet for our smallest guests. Once a week, there is also the Ski Night Show of the ski schools as well as night skiing on offer.
For all those, who prefer to spend their holidays in a more down-to-earth atmosphere, there are around 130 kilometres of groomed cross-country trails (access only a few metres from the house) at your disposal.
Our night trail in Milders is illuminated on a daily basis.
